𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬
We hydrate the grains to proper internal moisture content and professionally sterilize the grains inside the bag at 15 psi for 2 hours to ensure complete sterilization. We then immediately seal the bags in front of a laminated flow hood in a sterile environment to ensure a 100 % contamination-free substrate every single time. We conduct a quality assurance test by allowing a minimum of 5 days of resting of the batch to spot any contamination before shipping our bags. We also test our bags for mycelial growth to ensure adequate QA/QC.
